Our fleet (vehicle) supply activity is designed and packaged with efficient after sales service to ensure that customers derive maximum benefit from any vehicle purchased from us.It is our corporate objective to provide tailor made professional services best suited to a client’s needs.
OUR BUSINESS APPROACH
Our approach is to sign on customers’ fleet of cars and light trucks for service and maintenance activity. In order to achieve this, our fleet customers are encouraged to drive in their fleet of vehicles to our dealership where a thorough diagnosis is carried out on these motor vehicles. Some physical inspection will also be done by our staff.We will consequently be able to determine the mechanical condition of each of the vehicles in the fleet, determine the spare parts requirements for the next one year, and make a future projection of maintenance charge per vehicle per year.
A service agreement will then be drawn up to cover fleet maintenance for each company for a whole year. The advantage of this approach is that it enables us determine our spare part requirement for the next one year after a thorough and scientific analysis of each car has been done. We can therefore order for the parts in advance, hedge against inflation and be competitively priced. Through the service and maintenance agreement customers can make huge savings on a constantly escalating cost of service and maintenance. Once the agreement is in place, we become responsible for service and maintenance throughout the period it covers.In addition to this, any sale or lease agreement between our company and our customers automatically become eligible for any of our extended service and maintenance plans.
